Appliance Masters Reviews: Unlike many of our competitors we do not employ professional review writers. This may cost us business, as many people read reviews for Appliance Masters in a negative way, we do our best to operate in a honest Christ-like way regardless of popularity.
Often a bad review is more about responsibility than customer service.
When a Service Tech comes to your home to repair an appliance, he/she evaluates the problem and selects the part they need. If the part does not repair the machine after installation, they re-evaluate the machine and put the part on the truck. They will either hold the part until the next machine that needs it or sell it on Ebay or Amazon. The same is true if the equipment owner has tried to repair the machine and makes a mistake on their diagnosis, the installed part is theirs.
Remember Full Service Gas Stations, everyone enjoyed driving up to the pump and having someone dash out to pump their gas, check the oil and wash the windshield. Then Self Service stations came and offered gas for 10 cents a gallon cheaper.Little by little the Full Service Stations Disappeared. Now Imagine you are pumping the gas and get distracted and end up pumping a gallon or two on the ground. Who should pay for that gas? Who is responsible?
